The attached casita has a cupola ceiling, fireplace, separate kitchen and totally privacy if desired. An interior hall leads to the casita from the main house.
The great room in the main house is large enough for enteraining many guests and flows into the outdoor covered deck and the open air kitchen, spa, eating areas, etc. There is also a palapa with fireplace and private stairs to the beach.
The community is very special with lots of amenities, including a clubhouse with snooker and ping pong tables; outdoor there are tennis, basketball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard courts. The area is beautifully landscaped with daily caretaker and weekly gardening services. Rosarito (Colorado River) water (purefied further in the home), a self-contained community sanitation plant, 24-hr. friendly, helpful security. One of the neighbors teaches horseback riding classes.
