The alley on the north side of the house is where the propane gas tank is located and can easily be used as a dog run. The main entrance to the house on the street side is cute with succulents, Saltillo pavers, couch lights, and decorative wrought iron gates.

There are a washer and dryer, water pump, underground water tank (pila), and water heater, which is well vented. There are two garage doors, each with working remotes. There are extra built-in shelves.

This oceanfront development is the closest you can come to a resort-like atmosphere. It has private beach access where you can enjoy a fun day on the beach or gourmet dining and drinks at the Sunio Beach Club. With two excellent sandy beaches accessible by the same community stairs.
The south shore is the larger beach with plenty of tide pools, lots of sand, and you can enter and exit the ocean by sand.

This southern beach has a restaurant and bar on it. On a lower or medium tide, some people go to the north beach because it has a cave to explore and is still wide, and sandy. All the utilities are underground. The streets are paved with stone. There is a cute and large park on the south end of the community with plenty of space for community get-togethers, playing and simply enjoying.

This oceanfront development is on the free road to Ensenada, just 3 minutes south of downtown Rosarito. It is convenient to schools, shopping, a large selection of restaurants, medical and just a quick 25 minutes drive to the border, and just far enough away from the hectic city life.
